Shipping & Delivery

We are proud to offer Local Delivery and Pickup services that currently operate in Puerto Rico and soon to USA. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in Puerto Rico.

Hours of our deliveries are Monday - Saturday from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. If there is a delay, we will be communicating with the client. The pick up time in our warehouse is from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am - 11:30 am and from 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm. Deliveries to a second and third floor the customer is responsible. We do not install Ice Maker, Stove or any other product that requires gas installations and any other installation that requires drilling in a wall. If there is no one in the house at the time of delivery, it will be rescheduled and it will be charged again. The space where the merchandise will be accommodated must be clear.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in Guayama, Puerto Rico will be shipped by Casa Muebles. We personally prepare each package carefully so that it can reach your home, safely. 

Do you ship worldwide?

No, only Puerto Rico. Soon to USA

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. Normally within a Week.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. This is because we secure each item separately.

Can I edit my order once it has been placed?

Sure thing! Just get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible and they'll help you with any necessary changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't already been shipped. To cancel, please contact our Customer Service team. In some cases, there may be a restocking fee or delivery fee if the order is canceled after it has already been picked up for delivery.

Are the colours on the site accurate?

The photos on the site are as accurate as possible. However, the actual color of your order may vary slightly due to different monitor settings.

Do you offer Lay Away?

We do not currently offer Lay Away services. At the moment we have financing services without Credit Verification and with Credit Verification. For more information, please contact the customer service department.

What financing service do you offer?

We offer different types of financing. May be financing with Credit Verification with Synchrony Interest-Free Financing subject to credit verification.

We also offer Financing service without Credit check through the company Acceptance Now, for information call 787-981-7513.

If you have a Banco Popular credit card, and when you request that you want Banco Popular's offer, you will have 1 year without interest.

What guarantee do the appliance have?

Appliances have a one year warranty on parts and services with the manufacturer. If you make a warranty claim, you can contact us and we will schedule the service for you.
